Mark Friedlander was appointed as Triple-I’s Director, Corporate Communications in 2020 and was promoted to Senior Director, Media Relations, in March 2025. His responsibilities include spearheading member-company support and media relations in Florida; national media relations, including rapid response to catastrophes and other time-sensitive issues; managing Triple-I’s daily member newsletter; spearheading legal system abuse communications; and leading communications efforts with State Insurance Trade Associations.

Mark joined Triple-I in 2019 as its Florida Communications Consultant. His industry experience includes a 13-year tenure as Head of Corporate Communications and assistant secretary at Main Street America Insurance. His background also includes senior marketing and communications roles at Prudential Financial, HSBC Holdings plc, Arthur Andersen LLP, and the Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety.

Mark began his career as a sports journalist and earned his bachelor’s degree in journalism and public relations from The Ohio State University.

Jackie and her husband own and operate The Little Group from the Keller Williams Realty office in Clearwater, Florida. Their passion is making a difference and providing real estate with a real purpose.
